Does your site look AI-made?
Free check for the habits that make a site read as generated: overused fonts, glow everywhere, bouncy motion, gradient text, tiny type and low contrast. Desktop and mobile, with what to fix.
What we check
- Typography: overused faces, tiny text, long lines, flat hierarchy.
- Colour and light: coloured glows, AI palettes, gradient text, low contrast.
- Motion: bounce easing, layout-thrashing transitions, blinking cursors, endless marquees.
- Layout: nested cards, side stripes, eyebrow chips over every headline, clipped content.
Each failed rule costs points once, however often it appears: 15 for errors, 8 for warnings, 4 for the rest. Advisory notes never cost points.
Easiest wins
Swap Inter, Instrument Serif or Space Grotesk for a less common face. Replace coloured glows with neutral shadows. Use ease-out curves instead of bounce. Keep body text at 14px or more.
